AP Refinements is a California C-15 contractor, license #1091521. C-15 is the flooring and floor-covering classification. Discuss the specific scope and any additional trade or permit requirements for your project. You can verify contractor licenses with the Contractors State License Board.

What should I include in an estimate request?+
The rooms involved, your city, what is not working today, any materials you have chosen and your stage of planning. Photos help when you follow up.
Do I need to know what I want before I ask?+
No. Many projects start as a list of frustrations. We discuss scope, materials and open decisions with you.
Can one project combine services?+
Yes. Flooring, trim, a bathroom and interior work often overlap, as in our Escalon interior project. Describe the whole project in one request.
Will you travel outside the Central Valley?+
We can travel to the Bay Area and elsewhere, subject to availability. Include your city in your request and we will confirm.
How much will it cost and how long will it take?+
